This year also in Pau was held CIC**, where, in nevertheless a very high level competition, some of the best current horseriders were presenting young horses with a bright future.
Amongst those great however, was a young female horserider, engeneer student in Grenoble’s Polythech during the week and training or horse trial competing in the week-end. Indeed, Pauline Fournier, riding Lundi de Mars, finished 2nd in the CIC** competition, just after Fabrice Lucas, on Néro Du Jardin; 11th at the end of Dressage, Pauline ran a No Fault Cross, almost perfect and was 8th at the end of the day Saturday. There remained the ultimate test, Jumping, on Sunday morning : she just flew through it as a master rider, again with a No Fault ride ahead of her predecessors in the Cross (Esteban Nedelec, Aurélien Leroy, etc.) finishing the whole CIC** in 2nd position right before some members of the french olympic team as Nicholas Touzaint and Jean Teulère.
