Clos Mirabel is a beautiful 18th century Manor set in a private park in the hills of Jurançon overlooking the Pyrénées, only 12 minutes from the centre of Pau. Since our family has Anglo-Saxon and North American roots, we like to continue the tradition of Thanksgiving and taking the time to share these moments together.

For gastronomes, we propose a cookery class with our chef Graham Hollick to learn how to prepare certain specialties before sitting down to enjoy them. As for the epicurians just enjoy the dinner and the good company. The festivities continue into Sunday with an American Themed Brunch to remember.

THE CHEF GRAHAM HOLLICK
Trained as a textile designer, Graham started his career in Paris as a Trend Forecaster and creative director. After 10 years he returned to London and among other things he became a contributor to Elle Decoration and set up his own ethical home textiles brand «Stich by Stich». Always a gastronome Graham’s work life is taking a new turn after gaining a distinction at London’s Leiths Cookery School.
